Responsibilities
* Developing fire strategies for various buildings using relevant codes.
* Leading technical projects and collaborating with designers, building control, and fire services.
* Managing medium to large-scale projects, including fee proposals and invoicing.
* Providing expert advice to clients as the primary point of contact.
* Attending industry conferences to network and stay updated on trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A background in fire engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
* A bachelor's degree or higher in fire engineering or a related field like mechanical engineering.
* Ideal experience towards becoming a Chartered Engineer.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
