Our hotel in Co Donegal is seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie with both banqueting and restaurant experience to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate
* Will have previous experience as a CDP in a 4* hotel or upmarket restaurant
* Must possess excellent HACCP & Hygiene skills
* Be able to work well as part of a team and also on own initiative
* Could manage working in a busy kitchen while producing high-quality cuisine
* Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland full-time without restrictions
