Digital Marketing Executive - Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional content, and automation.
Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to increase open, click-through, and conversion rates.
Segment mailing lists based on customer behaviour and preferences to deliver targeted content.
Social Media Marketing Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Develop and implement advertising campaigns tailored to each platform.
Create engaging posts, stories, and videos in line with brand messaging.
Monitor trends to adjust strategies and maximise reach and engagement.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with micro-influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to maintain consistent branding.
Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Performance & Target Management Track and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
Implement initiatives to achieve or exceed marketing targets.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and social media.
Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
Analytical approach to interpreting data and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborative and proactive team player.
Interest in skincare and beauty is an advantage.
