Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to manage all orders and queries from our Benelux customers. This role will involve building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our Benelux-based team and customers, driving sales growth through effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process all orders received via telephone, email, etc., accurately and promptly upon receipt.
* Handle and resolve customer queries, order queries, stock situations, deliveries, invoices, product queries, literature & sample requests, etc., in a timely manner.
* Deal with customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
* Escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.
* Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing department for coordinated deliveries, returns, etc.
* Act as primary contact person for designated key accounts.
* Report monthly activity and involvement to management on these accounts.
* Liaise with the sales force on quotations, orders, product queries, and general information from customers.
* Process daily invoicing, billing corrections, and returns according to company policy.
* Perform general administration work and adhere to the Quality Management system.
* Participate in special projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
* Fluency in French is desirable.
* Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar) is required.
* A business or relevant 3rd-level qualification is desirable but not necessary.
* Experience in a fast-moving customer service environment, preferably within a multinational setting, is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.
* SAP SD user-level experience is desirable.
* A self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team towards strict deadlines are crucial.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility are paramount.
