We’re hiring for a Customer Support Specialist to join a global tech company. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin City Centre, supporting business users across international markets.
You’ll be the first point of contact—logging support cases, answering queries, and making sure customer issues are captured accurately and routed to the right teams. This is not a high-volume call centre environment. Think tech-led, quality-driven support.
What’s on offer:
* Annual Salary up to €38,500, paid weekly via Principle HR (PAYE)
* 11-month contract with strong potential to convert to permanent
* Hybrid model: 2–3 days onsite per week - Dublin City
What you’ll be doing:
* Responding to inbound calls and emails from business customers
* Logging support requests with clear, structured information
* Guiding new users on how to use the support platform
* Assigning issues to the relevant internal support teams
* Providing basic support and information where possible (full training provided)
What we’re looking for:
* Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to ask the right questions and capture details accurately
* Confident, customer-focused, and well-organised
* Contact centre or support experience is useful, but not essential
