Responsibilities of the Chef:
6. Preparing and cooking food in line with menu standards
7. Ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance
8. Supporting teams during busy service times
9. Managing prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
10. Adapting to new menus and kitchen environments
Requirements for the Chef:
11. At least 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
12. Contract catering experience is an advantage
13. Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training available)
14. Flexible availability
