Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Dublin Window Repair Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to replace hinges, gears, handles, and glazing units. Your duties will also include repairing any damage caused to windows and doors during installation before handover to the customer/builder.
About the Role:
* You will schedule your own calls and call-outs, utilizing effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Training with an existing technician for the first few months of employment will ensure a smooth transition into this position.
Requirements:
* Carpentry qualification or experience would be highly beneficial in this role.
* Proficiency in using IT systems, specifically tools such as tablets, is essential for success in this position.
* A strong understanding of organizational and customer service skills is required to excel in this role.
* A full clean driver's license is mandatory due to insurance regulations.
