About This Role
We are currently recruiting Support Workers to provide day-to-day support with personal care, life skills, and community activities for adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely environment across Tipperary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support with personal care and life skills
* Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life
* Assist in the implementation of Person Centred Plans
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting (preferably in disability services)
* Full clean driving licence
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Shifts & Hours:
* Part-time Residential: 49 hours per fortnight
* Evening midweek shifts: 4:30pm - 10:00pm
* Saturday shifts: 12 hours
* Sunday shifts: 10 hours
* No overnight sleepovers
* Extra relief shifts may also be available if desired
