We are recruiting for a Junior Data Analyst on a part-time basis, working three days per week. Please note, this is a fixed-term contract for 3 - 6 months. Due to the nature of this position, it is fully office based.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting on Sales, Pricing, Products etc
* Data Entry and Product Maintenance on various reports and retail systems.
* Accurate coding of products and pricing.
* Ensure that the product and price file is continuously and accurately maintained.
* Updating Fuel Dashboard daily
* Maintaining all Fuel data, placing fuel orders, tracking & agreeing pricing
* Ensuring the quality and timeliness of all reports and files.
* Other Retail administration tasks.
* Support Project Work as required.
* Ad hoc tasks as they arise
Skills and Experience required
* Available immediately
* Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge essential
* Strong attention to detail required
* Ability to work towards and achieve strict deadlines
* Fast learner, able to work to own initiative
