The Centre provides diverse services including day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training and multi-disciplinary supports, underpinned by a clear Vision, Mission, Core Values and Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver effective person-centred services to adults and children, ensuring efficient provision and operation.
* Lead clinical practice and supervise Nursing and Support teams, providing strong leadership and guidance.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and HIQA requirements.
* Develop and maintain nursing standards, protocols and guidelines, promoting excellence in care.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervision in health or social care, with a focus on leadership and team management.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered nurses and midwives are eligible, with a relevant management qualification and commitment to continuous professional development.
* A proven track record of managing residential services, budgeting, report writing and personal support plans is highly desirable.
