Hardware Engineer Job

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle for the dispensing system – from concept and CAD design through to production.
* Design and engineer fluid dispensing mechanisms, including pumps, valves, and flow control systems.
* Select and qualify components (electromechanical, fluidic, structural) for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate with industrial designers, electronics engineers, and software teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.
* Manage relationships with external suppliers, contract manufacturers, and prototyping partners.
* Build and test prototypes for functional performance, user experience, and compliance.
* Establish manufacturing processes, quality standards, and assembly procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Practical experience in hardware product development, ideally in consumer electronics or fluidics-based systems.
* Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
* Experience in rapid prototyping, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and material selection.
* Understanding of fluid dynamics, pumping systems, and microfluidic or dosing systems.
* Familiarity with PCB integration, embedded systems, and electromechanical design.
* Track record of managing external suppliers and manufacturing partners.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
