We are searching for a charismatic Senior Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team in one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands.

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist include ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm, and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in building an efficient department by taking an active interest in the team’s welfare, safety, and development. You’ll also be able to supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
