Responsibilities: Lead all tendering activities for high voltage Power & Renewables (P&R) projects. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams to prepare tender documents and client value propositions. Review and interpret tender specifications, ensuring all BID deliverables are met. Manage client interactions during tender and post-tender stages, including clarifications. Coordinate interfaces between electrical and civil engineering in tender submissions. Compile and assess technical submittals and tender returns. Liaise with the Estimation Department on commercial proposals. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and identify process improvements. Lead post-tender meetings and periodic reviews to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce risk. Manage multiple tender submittal portals. Requirements: 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 3 years relevant experience, with proven High Voltage (HV) expertise. Professional acumen to represent the company in meetings, workshops, and presentations. Strong IT skills for reports and presentations. Experience managing multiple tenders across disciplines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Positive, solution-focused mindset and flexible to travel.
