IT Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and facilities.
* You will be responsible for handling technical issues promptly and efficiently.
* Manage our IT infrastructure, support ticket system, and vendors.
* Coordinate new hire onboarding, provide IT training, and facilitate continuous improvement in IT operations.
* Oversee inventory management, office logistics, and facilities maintenance.
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in IT support and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services is required, along with a valid driver's license.
