About the Role
This position presents an opportunity to support employees through complex immigration, relocation, and tax processes. As a key member of the global mobility team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless employee mobility across EMEA and occasionally globally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate candidate immigration status and validate right to work.
* Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees to provide guidance on mobility policies.
* Coordinate with immigration, tax, and relocation vendors to ensure smooth processes and timely delivery.
* Provide status updates and handle escalations with sound judgment.
* Manage relocation lifecycles, service tickets, immigration data, and expense reviews.
* Conduct pre-decision relocation assessments and other operational mobility tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to intercultural dynamics.
* Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
* Show commitment to confidentiality and sound decision-making.
* Bring at least 4 years of Global Mobility experience.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree preferred.
