This role drives HR initiatives, supports workforce planning, enhances employee engagement, and ensures compliance and alignment with the Health System’s goals. The HRBP also advises on employee relations, coaches managers, and promotes a high-performing, values-driven culture.**Candidate Criteria:** 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources.Must be knowledgeable of Irish Employment Law and HR Best Practice Procedures. Strong Industrial Relations/ER experience.A proven track record of managing change in a complex work environment.Strong communicator with excellent people management, interpersonal communication, influencing and teamwork skills.Excellent IT skills to include MS Office: Word, Excel, OutlookRelevant Experience in a Healthcare setting (Desirable)Experience with a HRMIS system (e.g., TAMS and Workday)**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**Support employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, to maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.Partner with hospital and department leaders and the Finance function to develop workforce and talent plans aligned with service delivery and budget goals.Support line managers to strengthen people management capabilities, with a focus on performance, engagement, and staff development.Analyse HR metrics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and drive continuous improvement in workforce performance.Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition initiatives that promote an “Employer of Choice” culture.Contribute to HR change projects, policy updates, and technology improvements supporting the People Strategy.Provide strategic and operational HR support to the Head of HR, ensuring alignment with organisational values and objectives.**Closing Date:** Monday 1st December 2025**To Apply:** Please submit your application through our website/Workday.***Bon Secours Health System is an equal opportunities employer.
