We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded international law firm, seeking a Construction Associate to join their growing Dublin-based Projects & Construction team. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value construction, infrastructure and energy projects across Ireland and internationally, working alongside experienced partners in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role
* Advising on construction matters from project origination through to completion
* Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (including RIAI, NEC and design appointments)
* Managing mid-stream project issues such as extensions of time and claims
* Advising on construction elements of financing, development and M&A transactions
* Working closely with Real Estate, Banking and Corporate teams
The Person
* 0–3 years' PQE within a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
* Experience advising across the lifecycle of construction projects
* Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* A collaborative approach with the ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy
