You will oversea Built-not-Shipped (BNS) for end to end, driving process improvement and rigor around blocks, logistics issue, customs etc.
As a BNS Process Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Owning and maintaining the Daily Shipment Report (DSR).
* Owning the end to end process for Built Not Shipped (BNS).
* Chasing down and removing any blocks preventing BNS from progressing including Financial, Global Trade & System issues.
* Reporting daily/weekly on BNS status. Driving & Leading rhythms around BNS.
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining processes around BNS. Supporting all functions in reducing BNS.
* Reviewing Customs clearance issues & work with Global teams to ensure compliance.
* Ensuring targets are met to Built Ontime Not Shipped (BONS).
* Supporting business processes where needed.
* Reviewing and developing automated integrations to reduce mundane tasks with a view to improve processing times.
* Reviewing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
* Supporting the transition of the ERP system. Supporting Information Technology when needed

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have BSc. from an accredited university or college.
* Have good experience in a Manufacturing / Production environment.
* Have good experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
* Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
* Be team-focused, experienced at building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to problem solve.
