Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional, guest-centred bar experience in line with Adare Manor standards Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and bar offerings Deliver warm, genuine, and professional interactions with all guests Ensure the bar area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation Support the wider bar team in creating a welcoming, atmospheric environment Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures About You We are seeking candidates who: Have an engaging, personable nature and relate well to people Demonstrate a strong guest-centred approach Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion to their work Ideally have previous bartending or hospitality experience (though training can be provided) We offer an exceptional working environment, development opportunities that are beyond everything, state of the art equipment as well as competitive rates of pay benefits.
