We seek a highly skilled French speaking customer care professional to join our Client Care team. As a key member of our international support team, you will deliver exceptional support to customers and grow within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide consultative support, consistently going the extra mile for customers.
2. Manage complex, high-priority customer cases from start to finish.
3. Communicate clearly in English and French, both spoken and written.
4. Collaborate with other departments and product teams to resolve complex queries.
5. E nsure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a consistently positive attitude.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken – C2 level).
2. Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support).
3. Experience in hospitality setting is a plus.
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
6. Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
