My client, a dynamic and fast-growing claims management company, is seeking a Senior Injury Claims Handler to join their professional and highly motivated team. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of personal injury motor claims from initial notification through to settlement ("cradle to grave" handling)
* Investigate, assess, and settle claims within personal authority limits
* Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and internal best practice procedures
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to progress claims effectively
* Deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service while maintaining strong customer focus
Candidate Requirements
* CIP qualified (essential)
* Previous experience handling personal injury motor claims
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
