The Head Coach will be responsible for planning and leading rugby training sessions, mentoring players, and ensuring the development of their skills. Duties include implementing training programs, fostering teamwork, supervising matches, managing schedules, and maintaining player safety and well-being throughout the program. The role also involves regular communication with program staff and supporting player goal-setting and progress tracking.Dates: Monday 6th - Friday 10th July, Monday 13th - Friday 17th July, Monday 20th - Friday 24th July 2026.Location: St Munchin's College, Limerick.Times: Rate: TBD based on experience, very competitive for the right individualResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multiple 50 minute, engaging and informative sessions daily based on specified skills.Manage and mentor a squad of players, ensuring all experience Irish rugby in an informative and enjoyable manner.Aid the development of young players in their own positional based skills and awarenessIdentify strengths and weaknesses of groups and individuals, providing instant feedback and tailor coaching sessions accordingly.Work together with our team of Head Coaches, Assistants and support staff to create a professional and enjoyable environment.QualificationsWorld Rugby Level 3 qualificationsProven track record of coaching at a high level.English language skills
