Drive Business Growth as an Account Executive
We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Account Executive to join our global team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-velocity sales pipeline across the DACH market, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
* Run full-cycle SaaS sales, including qualifying, demoing, influencing, and closing deals that meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Advise e-commerce and retail clients on scalable data-driven marketing solutions that drive customer engagement at scale.
* Continuously develop and expand your knowledge of e-commerce and retail brand challenges, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
About You:
* You have 2+ years of experience in new-business focused AE roles within MarTech or SaaS, with a proven track record of success selling to C-level or senior marketing stakeholders.
* You possess a strong understanding of e-commerce or D2C/retail brand challenges, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions.
* You are fluent in German or Polish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* You hold full work authorization to work in Ireland.
