Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Deli Manager in managing deli and fresh food operations.
2. Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain stock levels, control waste, and monitor department performance.
4. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Assist in menu planning, preparation, and presentation.
6. Work closely with store management to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a deli or fresh food management role preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of fresh food operations and HACCP compliance.
3. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
