Job Description
As a key member of the legal team, you will play a critical role in negotiating and managing documentation for sales, trading, technical and financing activities. This position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiating, managing and directing sales, leasing and financing of aviation assets from initial letters of intent through definitive transaction documentation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 6 or more years of international legal experience in the aviation leasing industry with qualifications to practice law in multiple jurisdictions such as US UK or Ireland. They should possess high commercial acumen excellent communication skills both written oral adaptability creativity conceptual thinking strategic problem-solving skill etc.
