Sales Administration Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate generation and review of sales and commission reports. They will also produce daily sales performance reports, such as new trades reports, and oversee data entry into Salesforce to ensure all sales information is up-to-date and compliant with established processes.
The role involves acting as a key liaison for new account setups, providing comprehensive administrative support and coordination with depot teams to deliver a seamless experience.
Key responsibilities include professionally and efficiently handling customer sales inquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
Additionally, the Sales Administration Specialist will support the sales team with managing the end-to-end administrative process for new account creation, including documentation, system updates, and internal communications.
