Job DescriptionGoods-In / Warehouse OperativeLocation: FactoryReports to: Factory / Operations ManagerRole OverviewThe Goods-In / Warehouse Operative plays a critical role in ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and reliability are essential — mistakes here cost time and money.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, check, and sign in all incoming goods against delivery docketsInspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptlyAccurately book stock in and out of the systemMaintain organised storage of materials and finished goodsCarry out regular stock checks and assist with stock takesPick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatchLoad and unload deliveries safelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environmentAdhere to all health & safety procedures at all timesEssential RequirementsPrevious experience in a warehouse or goods-in role preferredStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood numeracy and basic IT skillsPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingMandatory CertificationsManual Handling Certificate (required)Safe Pass (required)DesirableForklift experience or licence (advantage but not essential)Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €16.75 per hourLicence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Forklift Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
