Essentials: 5+ years' experience in programme or portfolio management; strong reporting and governance capability; experience in property, construction, or transaction-led environments
Location: Hybrid with office in Dublin 2
Salary: €100,000 - €120,000

Progression: High-visibility role working closely with executive leadership, offering strong long-term career developmentReporting To: Chief Investment OfficerThis role sits within the Chief Investment Officer function and is responsible for managing planning, governance, reporting and delivery across four key business areas: Transactions & Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and Investment. The successful candidate will establish a single source of truth and a consistent operating rhythm to support revenue delivery, cash efficiency and future growth.Build and manage a consolidated portfolio plan across all investment and growth workstreamsChair portfolio reviews, track risks, dependencies and issues, and escalate decisions where requiredEstablish and embed clear governance structures, roles and responsibilities across teamsMobilise and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones and dependencies are alignedPartner with Finance, Operations, Planning, Design and Pre-Construction teams to support accurate revenue and cash forecastingOwn the weekly and monthly reporting cycle, ensuring data accuracy and consistencyDevelop clear executive-level reports and dashboards to support decision-makingLead improvements in reporting systems and data quality, moving towards automated, digital reportingMaintain document control and reporting standards for leadership and executive forumsIdentify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and deliveryProvide clear visibility of progress against plan, risks and recommended actions.
