Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a key member of our dynamic and market-leading Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group, driving the development of knowledge and expertise across the team.
* To keep fee earners in the Asset Management and Investment Funds group up to speed on legal and regulatory developments, including pipeline updates.
* To assist with technical and/or practical legal issues raised by clients and to support the development of best practices and toolkits.
* To promote the expertise of our Asset Management and Investment Funds group in the market, preparing client updates and other communications.
* To capture and disseminate relevant legal knowledge to enhance the collective expertise and understanding of the Asset Management and Investment Funds group.
* To contribute to the design and delivery of training for both fee earners and trainees, as well as external and client training initiatives.
* To assist with the development, production, and maintenance of Asset Management and Investment Funds precedents and Know How.
* To develop targeted knowledge tools for the Asset Management and Investment Funds group that align with business needs.
* Participation in other knowledge initiatives and projects as required, providing assistance to the broader team regarding specific Know How or Knowledge Management initiatives.
