Dublin Hybrid: 3 days remote Hours: 35 per week Salary: €37,544 23 days annual leave Temporary 6-month role with possible extension Role Overview Support the administration of grant aid schemes within the Investment Services team. Main responsibilities include processing grant applications through the Grants Management System (GMS), ensuring compliance with scheme rules and corporate governance standards. The role also supports migration from a legacy GMS to a new system, including data validation and reconciliation. Key Duties Validate and reconcile grant data between systems Process grant applications from submission to payment Use internal systems for grant processing and reporting Assist grant applicants with queries Work with stakeholders and strategic partners Resolve GMS-related issues with users Attend meetings and support team activities Carry out additional related duties as required Systems Used Flexi-grant (GEMS) Smart Simple Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Planner) Power BI Dynamics 365 Essential Requirements Third-level qualification in IT, business, finance, accountancy, or related field Experience with data validation and reconciliation Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and administration abilities Good time management and deadline management Ability to work independently and within a team Strong written, verbal, and numeracy skills Desirable Skills Knowledge of grant management systems Experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365 Personal Attributes Reliable and proactive Organised and self-sufficient Strong team player Comfortable working with technical staff Diplomatic approach to stakeholder issue resolution Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance may be required before starting.
