Education Administrator Our client, a leading educational institute based in Dublin City Centre, is looking to recruit an Academic Administrator for their team on a 1-year FTC. This role working as part of a busy team, will suit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer focused candidate. This role will involve weekend and evening work so some flexibility is required. This is a great opportunity to work with an established organisation delivering at a very high-level professional courses to a range of students both at entry level and at a senior CPD level. Salary and Benefits: Salary €34,000 + benefits Pension contribution Opportunities for progression and development Based Onsite Responsibilities of the Administrator: Supporting recruitment and delivery of online and onsite courses Preparing and processing course materials (including eBooks) Uploading and organising content in CMS platforms Handling high-volume enquiries via email and phone Assisting with marketing materials (eshots, brochures, digital and print collateral) Managing course data in database systems Coordinating with IT on course delivery issues Assisting with course assessments Processing payments from registrants Processing payments to lecturers/consultants Coordinating premises and equipment Running Zoom webinars and Moodle-based courses Providing administrative support to training executives Carrying out ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements of the Administrator: 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
