The Arlington Hotel O'Connell Bridge has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently exceeding expectations.
* Complete all duties in line with our Front Office Standards Manual.
* Ensure all daily tasks and checklists are fully completed during each shift.
* Maintain strong knowledge of our renowned Celtic Nights Show and local Dublin attractions, actively promoting these to guests.
* Maximise every sales opportunity by confidently up-selling hotel facilities and room rates.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong sales ability, including both up-selling and cross-selling.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* A positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working at a hotel front desk.
* Proficiency in Opera or a similar PMS/reservation system.
* Fluent English.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full legal right to work in Ireland on a full-time, year-round basis.
