The Maryborough Hotel is currently looking for a Deputy General Manager to join the team.
* Key responsibilities will include day-to-day running of hotel food & beverage operations, directly leading department heads and ensuring staff are motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A minimum 3-4 years' experience as Deputy or Operations Manager role in a hotel
2. Motivational leadership skills with ability to develop talented employees
3. Familiarity with driving results-oriented business standards, particularly within Food & Beverage sector
