Account Executive CREGG are seeking candidates for this office-based Account Executive position with our client based in Cork.
The Account Executive will assist customers in determining eligibility for grants, the correct proposal for their needs, guiding them on pricing and the most suitable solution for them.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivator, confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.
Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Develop a deep understanding through our training of energy upgrade products and services, including financing and government incentives.
Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering compelling sales presentations and guiding customers through the decision-making process.
Liaise with departments internally to ensure the best service is provided to clients and customers.
Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry.
Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps or a willingness to learn).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner.
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
This position requires a demonstrated understanding of Building Energy Ratings ( BER ) and ideally, the various SEAI grant schemes.
Comprehensive SEAI grants scheme training will be provided.
