We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Professional to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services
* Responding to inbound sales queries via phone and email
* Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
* Maintaining and growing relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
* Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Keeping accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer information using a CRM system
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
You will be working closely with farmers, agri-businesses, and distributors across the country.
