Eden has recently expanded into eCommerce with the launch of Eden SkinStore, bringing skincare products directly to customers online. This role will support marketing activity across both the clinics and the growing eCommerce business.
About The Role
Eden Medical is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone early in their digital marketing career who has strong graphic and creative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in digital marketing.
You will support day‑to‑day digital marketing activity across clinics and eCommerce, working across creative production, websites, SEO, email marketing, paid media, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content
Design and create graphic assets for ads, emails, and website use
Support creative testing and visual updates across digital campaigns
Website & SEO
Assist with website updates, content changes, and optimisation
Support SEO activity, including on‑page improvements, internal linking, and updates
Help maintain website accuracy, performance, and user experience
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
Email Marketing
Assist with email marketing campaigns and automations
Help ensure emails are accurate, well formatted, and on brand
Paid Advertising (PPC)
Support paid advertising activity across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Assist with campaign setup, creative updates, and testing
Support basic reporting and performance tracking
AI & Technical
Assist with internal AI integrations and automation projects
Support testing, documentation, and rollout of new tools
Help with future AI initiatives across marketing and operations
General Marketing
Support campaign launches, reporting, and performance tracking
Help keep marketing projects organised and documented
Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks as required
Skills & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field required
1+ year experience in digital marketing and or eCommerce preferred
Strong Graphic And Creative Design Skills Required
Experience using design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or similar
Experience with WordPress and or Shopify
Basic SEO knowledge or hands‑on experience
Email marketing experience
Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, or TikTok
Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and systems
Organised, reliable, and proactive
