As the Team lead you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team to deliver its goals and meet the teams OKRs.You will hold regular one to one meetings with team members to define goals and discuss career progression.As the team lead you will liaise with the engineering manager to ensure the team are performing as expected and that best practices and guidelines are being followed.
