T&C's apply: Split between payment on commencement and payment at probation Salary: £38,000 per annumplus tax-free subsistence allowance of £5 per qualifying day workedKey Accountabilities:To provide Multi Drop Delivery to customers in the Northern Ireland regionTo deliver our customer's orders on multiple drops, accurately and on time whilst providing excellent customer service.Resolve customer queries wherever possible.To check and complete all invoices and paperwork on time and within specificationTo complete daily checks on your vehicles and loadTo adhere to all Basic Food Safety requirementsTo build excellent customer relationshipsRequires working efficiently, proactively and Health and Safety conscious in a fast-paced environment.Meet or exceed established accuracy levels.Reporting damages, accidents and issues relating to Food SafetyEnsure all products are delivered in a saleable qualityCollect monies (cash & cheques) against invoicesAny other duties as directed by ManagementRequirements:Essential CriteriaFull Category C/Class 2 Driving Licence is essentialGood communication and teamwork skillsMust have a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) CardMust have a digital tachograph cardThe knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisionsThe ability to complete paperwork in an orderly fashionFluent English Language Skills essential (both written and spoken)Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on timeLeadership SkillsDesirable Criteria1 year previous Multi Drop Delivery Experience is desirableGood geographical knowledge of Northern IrelandTemperature controlled experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be providedCore Competencies:Understanding Your Customers – acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals.
