Main Role Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will write and compile bid documents across various construction projects, including Transport & Infrastructure, Water, and Energy.
* Bid content must be tailored to meet project requirements and language, addressing specific criteria and details.
* Collaboration with project managers, work winning manager, engineers, estimators, SHESQ resources, and other departments is essential to gather relevant information for the bid.
* Researching project-specific details, such as site conditions, project scope, and client preferences, is crucial.
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors ensures compelling bid content.
* Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers is necessary to obtain accurate and relevant information for the bid.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Civil Engineering, Health and Safety, Quality, or Environmental Management is preferable.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in site operations.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices is essential.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality, and Environmental practices.
* Excellent writing and technical ability.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
* Strong English-language skills are crucial for this role.
