This is a varied, fast-paced position combining marketing coordination, sales administration, executive support, and assistance with government tender applications. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys working closely with senior management, and wants to play a key role in business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationsSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for DMC Consultancy and ICE Expo.Prepare and distribute email mailshots and newsletters to clients and subscribers.Design marketing materials and social media content using Canva.Assist with website updates, digital content scheduling, and campaign tracking.Maintain CRM systems and manage contact databases for marketing and sales activity.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and media partners to coordinate marketing initiatives.Sales AdministrationPrepare and issue sales quotations, proposals, and invoices.Manage and follow up on client enquiries to ensure timely responses.Support Directors with sales pipelines, lead tracking, and reporting.Maintain accurate client, project, and sales documentation.Government Tenders & ApplicationsAssist in identifying relevant government and public sector tender opportunities.Support the preparation, collation, and submission of tender documents and applications.Coordinate information from Directors, partners, and suppliers to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.Maintain tender documentation, deadlines, and submission records.Event Coordination – ICE ExpoSupport the organisation and delivery of ICE Expo, including exhibitor communications and sponsorship coordination.Liaise with exhibitors and partners to ensure all event materials and requirements are met.Assist with promotional campaigns, booking administration, and on-the-day event support.PA & Office SupportProvide administrative and personal assistance to the Directors.Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.Credit Control.Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in marketing, sales support, administration, or a similar role.Proficiency in Canva (essential).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).Familiarity with CRM systems and basic invoicing processes.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Confidence in dealing with clients, partners, and event exhibitors.A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Experience supporting tender applications is an advantage (training can be provided).What We OfferCompetitive salary, depending on experience.The opportunity to work across two exciting and growing brands — DMC Consultancy and ICE Expo.- A creative, fast-paced work environment with genuine progression opportunities.- Direct collaboration with senior management and marketing professionals.- Exposure to Ireland's leading business and construction networks.Job Type:Full-timeWork Location:In person
