€40,000 - €43,000 I Remote (Ireland-Based) with 80-90% Global Travel
Are you passionate about hospitality tech and love the idea of combining systems implementation with international travel?
We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to join a leading global hospitality brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system implementation projects across hotels worldwide—delivering training, configuring systems, troubleshooting on site, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.
What you’ll do:
* Liaise with hotel teams to plan and coordinate on-site activities
* Build system databases and set up hardware/network
* Lead classroom training and provide go-live support
* Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal/external support teams
* Ensure smooth system interfacing and on-site communication
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in system or software implementation in the hospitality industry
* Confident in delivering in-person training to staff
* Comfortable with tech setup (hardware, network, database config)
* Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (80-90%)
