The team and the opportunity
By joining the Technology Consulting team as a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Functional Consultant, you will help our clients with configuration, customization, and integration of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Services, Field Services and Marketing).
You will be required to be 'hands-on' with technologies to configure/customize/extend required features for clients, perform demos and proofs of concept.
You will be a natural bridge between consultants and clients, especially when projects are starting up.
With great interpersonal and presentation skills, you establish relationships quickly.

We are recruiting Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Functional Consultants primarily at Manager and Senior Manager levels.
We seek individuals with significant client-side experience or those who have gained project and technology delivery experience within large, recognised organisations.

Your key responsibilities
For Power Platform: Power Apps, PowerApps Portals/Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Automate
For Dynamics 365 CE: One or more of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Omnichannel, Customer Voice
Designing and customizing Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps
Modelling Dataverse – e.g., tables, fields, forms, views, table relationships
Business Automation – e.g., Business Process Flows, Business Rules, D365 Classic Workflows and Power Automate Flows
Run workshops with clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyse and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
Ensure solutions deliver the expected end-user benefits by liaising with client personnel, Lead, and Project Manager
Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
Troubleshoot technical project issues in a timely fashion
Support key clients through deployment to go live, and complete handover documents as required
Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverage the most innovative Microsoft technologies

To qualify for the role, you must have:
5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform, ideally in a consultancy role or similar
Good understanding of D365 CE & Power Platform functional capabilities
Ideally, you also will have:
Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills
A positive and can-do approach
Dynamics 365/Power Platform Microsoft Certifications
