The RoleALS Life Sciences Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager for our laboratory business in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. In this key leadership role, you will drive the strategic and day-to-day delivery of high-quality, compliant laboratory services while supporting sustainable business growth. You will shape and deliver the business plan, optimise performance and pricing, enhance client relationships, and champion continuous improvement across people, processes, safety, and quality.
