Junior Quantity Surveyor/ Purchaser Description We are recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Wm. Neville's & Sons Construction which will be based out of our Wexford office with attendance on site as required. Key Responsibilities and Duties Work in conjunction with management team Preparation and review of Sub-contractor tenders Preparation and review of Sub-contractor payment valuations Materials Procurement Assist with Health & Safety record keeping Other ad-hoc financial duties as required Requirements Construction Experience would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent Written and Spoken communication skills. Good Attention to Detail.
