Barden is delighted to assist a leading hospitality business, based in the heart of City Centre, to help identify a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join their supportive and close-knit finance team.This opportunity will offer someone to have a hands-on approach in a busy and fast-paced environment with responsibility for delivering payroll across the business.ABOUTTHE ROLEProcess the weekly end-to-end payroll;Responding to payroll queries from employees in a timely matter;Ensuring payroll returns are completed accurately and on a timely basis before submission to Revenue;Process starters/leavers;Assist finance with relevant payroll reporting;Providing assistance to the accounts payable function and following up on supplier queries;Preparation of bank reconciliations;Ensure that all payroll records are filed correctly;Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties that arise.ABOUT THE PERSON3 years' payroll experience desirable;Strong Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables/VLOOKUP's);Ability to work on own initiative with strong attention to detailA high level of accuracy;Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
