Quality Administrator
Job Responsibilities
· Document Control - Site lead for managing Almir Live, SOPs and Document Control. Maintain relevant documentation to comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
· Serve as the first point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls.
· Assist in the development FAI reports.
· Conduct internal audits of the Manufacturing Operation and the Quality System ensuring compliance with AS9100.
· Management of the Internal Audit program including coordinating audit schedules, reviewing findings, tracking corrective actions, and providing insights and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
· Maintain the Customer returns/ Customer complaints documentation to comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
· Review and follow-up on open actions related to Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
· Assist in the development of appropriate systems and processes to ensure delivery of information across functions to support enhanced performance culture.
· Track and report metrics and key performance indicators for the Quality Management System.
· Other duties as required to support the growing Quality organization
Skills:
· Proven experience as a Quality Control Administrator or similar role
· Familiarity with quality control regulations (AS9100 or similar) and standards
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
