We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Leader to join our leadership team and support the Director of Nursing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing clinical and operational functions, leading nursing and care staff, and ensuring that resident care meets the highest standards.
* Support the Director of Nursing in day-to-day management of clinical and nursing operations.
* Provide leadership, supervision and mentorship to nursing and care staff.
* Evaluate resident care and implement improvements as needed.
* Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and quality across the facility.

In this role, you will be expected to:
* Clinical Operations Management: Support the Director of Nursing in managing clinical and nursing operations, including staffing, training and development, and performance evaluation.
* Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, supervision and mentorship to nursing and care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Quality Assurance: Evaluate resident care and implement improvements as needed, ensuring that care services meet the highest standards.
* Culture and Engagement: Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and quality across the facility, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.
