About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Security Officer to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in security.
What you’ll do
Sign in all visitors to site.
Issue security badges.
Respond to emergency situations (fire activation, first aid etc).
Incident reporting/DOB.
Conduct three safety checks – report all hazards and potential hazards.
Answer incoming calls and transfer to relevant departments.
Greet visitors/contractors warmly when arriving and exiting the site.
Ensure correct PPE is worn.
Comply with Sodexo Due Diligence and Health and Safety Procedures and also adhere to the client Diageo Health & Safety and Site Rules.
Support in Facilities Department when required.
All documentation generated by Diageo or Sodexo is fully completed as per instruction.
Good knowledge of the site: Diageo staff/team leaders, policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring
Excellent communication skills.
PSA licence.
Computer literate.
Good customer service skills.
Good personal hygiene and appearance.
Previous experience in a similar role.
The ability to follow instructions.
Polite and courteous.
Well organised.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload.
