Job Title: Safety and Quality Assurance Professional
The Safety and Quality Assurance Professional will support 20 field engineers, partner with managers across the business, and ensure full compliance with all health and safety legislation.
* Carry out regular site spot checks and manage safety documentation.
* Lead on near miss / incident reporting and follow-ups.
* Monitor compliance with all health and safety legislation and support managers with required documentation.
The professional will also own the health and safety training programme, track expirations, schedule renewals, and ensure every team member stays compliant.
This is a hands-on role where you'll make a visible impact and contribute to building a strong safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near misses.
* Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Degree in Health and Safety or related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
