We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, product knowledge, and delivering the best solutions for our customers' needs.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our in-store Sales & Merchandising Team at our hardware store. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware products, tools, and DIY/home improvement solutions, along with a friendly and professional attitude.Key qualities we're looking for include:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine interest in helping customers find the right product for their projectsThe ability to troubleshoot and offer practical solutionsA proactive and positive approach to customer serviceFluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.Previous experience in a hardware or trade environment is an advantage but not essential.
